David W. Dozier


David Dozier Founded NWA Sales & Marketing Group, Inc., in 2003, a Bentonville, Arkansas based company providing manufacturers with headquarter sales and analytical support, consulting, merchandising and marketing services to Wal-Mart Stores, Inc., Before founding NWA Sales & Marketing Group, David was Team Leader of the “Advantage Sales & Marketing” office in Bentonville from its inception in 1999 with one client and growing it to a market force by 2003. In 1990 David moved to the Bentonville area joining “CrossMark” Brokerage Company as an Account Executive, within five years he was promoted to Senior Vice President over four divisions. He was the first person to start a retail service division dedicated 100% to merchandising in Supercenters. David has over 30 years of experience which includes working for three national manufactures; Nestle (Regional Manager), Frito-Lay (Regional Manager), and Colgate-Palmolive (Area Manager). David received his BS degree in business from USM in 1980.

Brian Fields


Brian Fields Brian Fields joined our team in January from Kraft Foods. Brian has over 17 years working direct with Wal-Mart in many different roles while at Kraft. He has expertise in Headquarter Sales, Category Management, Modular Planning, and Joint Business Planning, Item Creation and Development. Brian has also been involved in Supply Chain Leadership, Retail Link / Sales Data Analysis, Forecasting / Replenishment (CPFR), AP / P&L / Finance Management which has made him a great asset to the team. Brian is known for his superb interpersonal skills, building rapport with the Wal-Mart Team and the industry to exceed goals and achieve success. Brian received his BA degree in Accounting from North Georgia College in Dahlonega, GA in 1995. Brian’s experience and background make him a welcome addition to the team.






Robert Francis


Robert Francis Robert came to NWA Sales and Marketing in October of last year. Roberts experience is as a buyer, a senior buyer, sourcing and as a Division Merchandise Manager for Retail companies. Robert has been with companies such as Wal-Mart, Sam's Club, CompUSA, Pamida, Alco Stores and Fred's. He is experienced in Electronics, Appliances, Seasonal Goods, Lawn and Garden, Toys, Hardware, Food and more. He was buyer of the year for Wal-Mart Supercenter food division in 1995. He has been involved in creating private label goods for the companies above and also has extensive experience overseas working with the retailers and also with manufactures. Robert has 25 years in retail and brings a new perspective to the team.







Jean Henderson


Jean Henderson Has a diverse corporate retail background in store operations, information systems, merchandising, analyzing, forecast and replenishment. Jean began her management career immediately after college as a Wal-Mart assistant manager. Moving quickly into the systems/training side of new store set-up, her job sent her around the Midwest and Northeast. After spending two years in store management in New York and two more years traveling and training store replenishment/system updates, Jean moved to Bentonville, AR to work in the Wal-Mart home office. Beginning in 2002, Jean journeyed through the supplier side of Wal-Mart working for a variety of companies such as Remington Arms, American Safety Razor and Cody Beauty. In that time she’s broadened her knowledge of replenishment, logistics and forecasting for the Wal-Mart and Sam’s Club businesses.






Al Fletcher


Al Fletcher Began his career with the M&M/Mars Corporation in 1989 after graduating from Troy State University with a degree in Marketing. He worked his way up through the organization and eventually accepted the role as Nation Account Manager Sam’s Club here in Bentonville. He then accepted a role as the Category Team Leader for Sam’s Club with the Colgate Palmolive Company. In his time with Colgate, he and his team achieved 100% grow within Sam’s Club. He then accepted a position as National Sales Director for the Trillium Healthcare Company where he was responsible for all sales and marketing activities for the Mass and Club Class of Trade. Al joined the NWA Team in 2010 and has lead several clients into double digit growth.
